What exactly does CleanCRM do?

CleanCRM is a specialist service that tidies up the messy data living inside your CRM. That means removing duplicates, fixing inconsistent formatting, filling in missing fields, archiving dead records, and leaving you with a contact database you can actually trust. Think of it as a deep clean for your CRM — done for you, not by you.

Which CRM platforms do you work with?

I work with all the major platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, and ActiveCampaign. If you're on something less common, just get in touch — chances are I've seen it before or can adapt my process to fit.

How does the process work?

It starts with a free audit of your CRM data so we both understand the scale of the problem. From there I'll send you a clear proposal outlining what I'll fix and how long it'll take. Once you're happy to proceed, I get to work and deliver a cleaned, documented CRM — usually within 3–5 business days depending on the size of your database.

Will my data be safe?

Absolutely. I take data security seriously. Before any work begins, I'll sign an NDA and a data processing agreement. I work directly within your CRM (no data leaves your platform except for a backup), and all access is removed once the project is complete.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your database and the extent of the clean-up needed. The initial audit is always free. Most projects fall between $1,500 and $5,000 — you'll get a fixed-price quote upfront so there are no surprises. Get in touch and I'll turn around an estimate within 24 hours.
